Ground reinforcement work for factories and warehouses | Pure Pile Method | Geotech
Pure pile method
A high-strength ground reinforcement method that is not affected by soil type and corresponds to equipment weight.
In factories and warehouses, a strong and stable foundation is required to install and operate heavy equipment. In particular, ground subsidence caused by the vibration and weight of equipment can increase the risk of operational shutdowns and equipment damage. Therefore, regardless of the type of ground, it is important to ensure reliable bearing capacity through ground reinforcement. The Pure Pile method is a technique that solidifies cement milk into pile shapes underground, demonstrating high quality and strength without being affected by soil conditions, making it suitable for ground reinforcement that can support the weight of factory and warehouse equipment. 【Application Scenarios】 - Ground reinforcement in areas for heavy machinery installation - Ground reinforcement in areas for high-rise rack installation within warehouses - Ground strengthening in anticipation of future equipment expansion 【Benefits of Implementation】 - Increased productivity due to stable operation of equipment - Reduced risk of ground subsidence - Protection of long-term equipment investments

Applications/Examples of results
It can be adapted to sites with sandy and clayey soils in both the surrounding and advanced ground, including layers of humus soil where poor solidification is a concern (the friction of humus soil is not taken into account). The applicable range includes single-family homes and small buildings with up to three stories, a building height of less than 13 meters, and a total floor area of less than 1500 m² (for single-story buildings, less than 3000 m²). As a practical advantage, when using straight rods, there is no soil removal mechanism, so almost no residual soil is generated. Compared to conventional columnar improvement methods, it efficiently distributes and supports building loads with numerous small-diameter columns, ensuring high safety and enabling construction at a lower cost, thus providing reliable economic benefits and peace of mind.
