This catalog is a technical proposal introducing the "Carbon Fiber Foundation Rehabilitation Method" and ground subsidence correction solutions that respond to disaster prevention measures and seismic reinforcement needs for the massive earthquakes anticipated in the future, while simultaneously achieving the longevity of wooden houses and the strengthening of their foundational structures. By adhering and integrally molding carbon fiber sheets, which boast over ten times the tensile strength of steel, with high-adhesion epoxy resin to existing foundation concrete that has developed cracks due to aging and differential settlement, we dramatically enhance the shear resistance and toughness of the foundation without the need for demolition or additional pouring. Furthermore, for the tilting of houses caused by ground differential settlement, we apply high-precision jack-up construction using steel pipe piles and pressure plates, accurately leveling the structure to the millimeter and securely anchoring it to deep supporting layers. The objective effectiveness has been proven through full-scale strength tests conducted by public institutions, providing overwhelming reliability and assured structural safety for resolving foundation nonconformities identified in seismic assessments and enhancing disaster prevention functions during renovations.

It is a multi-layer reinforcement structure consisting of high tensile strength carbon fiber sheets (with a tensile strength of 3400 N/mm² or more), epoxy-based bonding primers, high-adhesion impregnating matrix resins, and non-shrink finishing mortars. By applying a thin layer of approximately 2 to 3 mm, it provides bending and shear resistance equivalent to or greater than that of additional foundation work. For settlement correction, a small hydraulic jack with a capacity of 150 kN, a high-precision laser level measuring device, and STK400 steel pipe piles are used to press and fix the building load into the deep hard layer as a reaction force. The reinforcement effect exceeding that of new construction has been proven through full-scale tests at the Better Living Tsukuba Architectural Testing Center.
