As specifications for the comprehensive soil survey, a phased approach in accordance with the Ministry of the Environment's guidelines and the Soil Contamination Countermeasures Act will be applied. In Phase 1, the historical investigation will scrutinize the history of specific hazardous substances using various materials such as old maps, aerial photographs, and registries. In Phase 2, the overview survey will divide the site into grids of 10 meters or 30 meters, and sampling of surface soil (soil gas surveys and analysis of soil leachate and content) will be conducted. In Phase 3, the detailed survey will involve drilling in the depth direction of areas that do not meet standards, accurately determining the horizontal extent and vertical depth of contamination. All analyses will be conducted using officially recognized analytical methods in accordance with the measurement certification business registration, and a highly reliable measurement certificate will be issued.
