CONOC Construction Industry Cloud Employee Training Agency
CONOC Construction Industry Cloud
The busy president doesn't need to teach. CONOC staff will directly instruct employees on how to use it, increasing retention rates.
"Even if a new system is introduced, employees often do not use it," and "I don't have time to teach from scratch" — these are the most common concerns heard during system implementation. CONOC's construction industry cloud addresses this issue with "lectures for employees." Dedicated staff from CONOC directly explain how to use the system to busy company presidents' employees. Since the staff have experience in the construction field, they can explain in terms that are easy for employees to understand, which has received positive feedback. The schedule involves completing operational explanations and initial data input in the first month, followed by full-scale operation starting in the second month. This system allows the president to avoid the burden of "having to do it myself," leading to a high retention rate (92%). The value of the system lies not in its implementation but in its establishment. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact CONOC.

Company information
There is a shortage of manpower. As a result, there is also a shortage of time. Right now, such a vicious cycle is occurring in the construction industry. However, I believe that what is most lacking is digitalization. If we can make inefficiencies efficient and create new connections, we can change the common sense of the past and the world itself. We truly believe this. Starting from manufacturing, knowing the field inside and out, and above all, valuing people. That’s why we want to find more ways to make people smile. Can we focus more on things that only people can do? Can we allocate more time to the challenges that we, as a company, should face? We want to continue to ask these questions. Let’s turn the common sense of the construction industry upside down. Now, towards a new future, let’s go together.
