CONOC Construction Industry Cloud AI Estimation OCR
CONOC Construction Industry Cloud
Just take a photo with your smartphone. The transcription of the preliminary estimate that took 3 hours is completed in 10 minutes, achieving a 94% reduction in transcription time.
"Just entering the preliminary estimates takes up a whole day" — this concern faced by many small and medium-sized construction company owners is fundamentally solved by the AI OCR feature of CONOC Construction Cloud. The construction-specialized AI, which supports handwritten notes, PDFs, and photos, instantly digitizes estimates taken with a smartphone. All you need to do is input the gross profit margin into the content read by the AI, and it will automatically reflect throughout the entire estimate. The transcription work that used to take 180 minutes now takes only 10 minutes after implementation, achieving a 94% reduction rate. No scanning is required, and there's no need to return to the office; you can complete the estimate while still on-site. In companies with annual sales of 100 million yen, inefficiencies in transcription work can lead to losses of over 4 million yen in gross profit each year. CONOC Construction Cloud is a business efficiency tool developed by former craftsmen who thoroughly understand the "pain" of the field. *For more details, please download the PDF materials or feel free to contact CONOC.

There is a shortage of manpower. As a result, there is also a shortage of time. Right now, such a vicious cycle is occurring in the construction industry. However, I believe that what is most lacking is digitalization. If we can make inefficiencies efficient and create new connections, we can change the common sense of the past and the world itself. We truly believe this. Starting from manufacturing, knowing the field inside and out, and above all, valuing people. That’s why we want to find more ways to make people smile. Can we focus more on things that only people can do? Can we allocate more time to the challenges that we, as a company, should face? We want to continue to ask these questions. Let’s turn the common sense of the construction industry upside down. Now, towards a new future, let’s go together.
