▼What was the background and process of the implementation? With the expansion of the organization, issues such as decreased responsiveness of the existing CRM/SFA and lack of mobile support arose, leading to management through handwritten notes and spreadsheets. To address challenges such as insufficient collaboration between the sales and management departments, the absence of a seamless system from sales to condominium management, and increased integration costs between different vendor systems, we implemented FlexCRM. ▼What is the situation after the implementation? We have successfully reduced administrative burdens, addressed issues of paper loss and leakage, and achieved a flexible working style that is not location-dependent, resulting in an annual reduction of approximately 1,000 hours of labor.
