We would like to introduce a case study on the implementation of the personnel evaluation and recruitment management system 'Shared Mee' at Sohobee Co., Ltd. The company had been managing personnel evaluations in an analog manner using Excel, and due to the recruitment of a diverse range of individuals, the number of recruitment channels increased. As a result, candidate data was stored separately for each recruitment channel, making centralized management impossible. After the implementation of the system, it became possible to check the necessary documents and confirmation items required for new graduates and mid-career hires. By being able to view interview and test results side by side, it became easier to discover the characteristics and strengths of each individual.
