We would like to introduce a case study of the implementation of "mamaro" at Honda Cars Kanagawa West, Kanumadai Store and Sagamihara Interchange Store in Kanagawa Prefecture. At these stores, the waiting time while customers choose a car or take a test drive was long, creating a need for a space where parents could care for their children with peace of mind. After the implementation, private rooms that can be locked were provided, ensuring privacy and allowing staff to guide customers with confidence.
