We would like to introduce a case study of "mamaro" at Mitsui Shopping Park Lalaport Izumi in Osaka Prefecture. At this facility, we occasionally received feedback from customers stating that they were unable to use the nursing space when they needed it. On busy weekends and holidays, all the nursing rooms on the floor would sometimes be occupied. After the introduction, inquiries about "Are there any other nursing rooms available?" when all the nursing rooms were occupied decreased.
