Francfranc faced challenges with its old product ledger system, which did not allow for API integration and had issues with inputting product information. Additionally, basic product information and images were stored separately, making information retrieval cumbersome. We would like to introduce a case where the existing processes were effectively reviewed, and based on Contentserv, we achieved the centralization and standardization of product information, improved data quality, and optimized data onboarding.
