Cost-effectiveness recovered in about a year! A case where the recruitment of temporary staff was reduced to just one person.
We would like to introduce a case study of the indoor general-purpose mobile robot "BUDDY" from SOCIAL ROBOTICS Co., Ltd., which was implemented in a food manufacturing factory. The goal was to transport groceries, making a round trip of approximately 20 meters in 10 minutes, and we achieved 100% of this target. Additionally, since various employees, including temporary staff, were working there, some did not know how to operate the robot. This was resolved by creating a simple instruction manual and attaching it to the robot. 【Case Overview (Excerpt)】 ■Implementation Date and Number of Units: November 2021, 1 unit ■Purpose of Implementation: Transportation of groceries ■Implementation Goal: 1 round trip in 10 minutes ■Transported Items: Food, empty boxes ■Operating Environment: Approximately 20 meters indoors *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
