This is a double type of separate universal joint specifically designed for curved conveyors that can rotate and transmit at an angle.
Sanhō Kikai is a pioneer of universal joints, earning high praise and trust across a wide range of fields. The KZD type is a separate type with a removable body section. It allows for easy installation and replacement of the joint without removing the pillow block (bearing) of the curve conveyor. Other surrounding components can also be replaced quickly without taking much time. It has been treated with electrodeposition coating (black) for rust prevention, allowing for easy removal without being stuck due to rust. - Maximum bending angle: up to 30°
