To evaluate the mixing capability of the J.M.S. Static Mixer 2800, we conducted mixing tests in collaboration with Yamaguchi University, comparing it with Kenics-type and MSE-type static mixers. The Static Mixer 2800 was successfully proven to have comparable mixing efficiency and pressure loss when compared to the Kenics-type and MSE-type static mixers. Applications/Examples of results
We are adopting the injection of a coagulant for individual liquid separation. By introducing a static mixer 2800 after mixing the coagulant in the dewatering machine, we enhance the dewatering efficiency of the machine and achieve effective dewatering in a short time.
