Quickly correct floor tilts, unevenness, and gaps under the floor in warehouses and logistics centers!
Correcting the tilt of concrete floors caused by earthquakes and ground subsidence without stopping operations and within a short period! Solving warehouse floor issues with polyurethane resin!
■The cargo in the warehouse is not stacked straight. ■There are uneven surfaces that hinder the movement of forklifts. ■The racks and other equipment are tilted. ■The floor vibrates. ■Abnormal behavior is observed in the automatic racks. ■The transport robot has stopped. The "Upcon Method" quickly resolves issues caused by floor tilting and sagging due to earthquakes or ground subsidence, as well as voids and gaps that have formed beneath the floor, using polyurethane resin. 【What is the Upcon Method?】 Small holes with a diameter of 16mm are drilled into the existing concrete floor that has subsided, and while constantly monitoring the level in millimeter increments, polyurethane resin is injected. The resin injected beneath the floor expands under pressure in a short time, compacting and strengthening the ground, improving bearing capacity, and pushing up the concrete to correct it. The final strength of the resin is achieved in about 60 minutes. Additionally, if voids have formed beneath the floor, they are filled using the same method. Since the correction is made without demolishing the existing concrete floor, the construction period is significantly reduced compared to conventional methods. The polyurethane can lift the floor with a foaming pressure of up to 10 tons per square meter, eliminating the need to move heavy equipment or products. The floor deformation is corrected without stopping operations.

basic information
**Features of the Upcon Method** 1. Short Construction Period: The construction period is 1/10 of conventional methods. Since there is no need to demolish existing concrete floors or wait for curing periods, significant reductions in construction time are achieved compared to traditional methods. 2. No Disruption to Operations: No need to move equipment or products. Construction can be carried out without stopping operations in warehouses and logistics centers. 3. High Technical Skill: Responsible construction by 100% in-house employees. Our technical staff, who have undergone thorough training and gained experience, are responsible for the construction. 4. Compact Construction System: Quick restoration to the original state is possible. By placing a construction plant vehicle equipped with all necessary materials near the building entrance, large plant installation and removal are unnecessary. 5. Reduced Risk of Re-Settlement: The risk of re-settlement is lower compared to conventional methods. Polyurethane resin is lighter than concrete or mortar, significantly reducing the risk of re-settlement due to the weight of the materials. We provide total support from on-site surveys nationwide to repair planning and construction, all handled responsibly by our in-house staff. If you are troubled by floor settlement, please feel free to contact Upcon, the experts in settlement correction, with nationwide support and over 3,000 successful cases.
