Capable of measuring long lengths up to 20 meters.
In ground monitoring, position sensors are particularly important for safety. The challenge lies in the measurement length and the lack of space to install components despite that. Our RF sensor model is designed for such applications. The special feature of this magnetostrictive Temposonics sensor is its measurement stroke of up to 20 meters. Furthermore, the sensor rod is flexible, allowing for easy installation even in limited spaces, and it can be housed in a compact size, enabling low-cost transportation. This versatile sensor also offers a modular profile that can accurately measure the position of up to 20 locations simultaneously. The very robust profile consists of a basic profile section and several extension parts that achieve the desired length when assembled.

Company information
Temposonics introduced a non-contact, high-precision, and cost-effective non-contact absolute sensor method using the magnetostrictive effect (Weidmann effect) for position measurement in the early 1970s, which had previously been dominated by incremental methods. As a leading company in magnetostrictive sensors, we are committed to improving accuracy as position sensors, engaging in research and development, and enhancing quality to meet the needs of the industry. Our sensors are increasingly being adopted not only as linear sensors to replace rotary encoders, linear encoders, and potentiometers but also in various industries such as hydraulics, pneumatics, water pressure, injection molding, welding, printing, textiles, construction machinery, wind power generation, metal processing, as well as disaster prevention sensors like landslide sensors and bridge sensors. Temposonics will continue to develop and strive day and night to serve as a leading company in industrial sensors.
