The Setra model 224 is an ultra-clean sensor developed for monitoring and controlling special gases. The model 224 features a streamlined sensor chamber with a high purging effect, designed to achieve excellent stability even under conditions of instantaneous temperature changes caused by gas flow.

The sensor chamber is made of 316L (VAR material) and is electro-polished to 0.18 Ra, providing high precision and stable output signals with its unique capacitive sensing technology. Various tube inner diameters and face seal fittings are available as options. Its robust structure reduces issues during assembly, such as pipe twisting and thermal shock during welding. Additionally, baking treatment up to 85°C is possible. All products undergo helium leak testing.
