The "In-House Coach Certification Program" is a corporate service that spans approximately 3 to 4 months, consisting of a total of 30 hours of curriculum and 1.5 hours of mentor coaching. Not only does it involve practicing the basic skills learned during the training, but it also encourages participants to bring the learned content back to their workplace and reflect on their practical applications.
