[AI×RPA Implementation Case] K Organization: Checking Salary Statements for Technical Intern Trainees
Introducing a case where interns and inspectors can take photos and perform automatic checks on the spot!
At the K organization, we manually input and check various forms of pay slips and wage ledgers for thousands of individuals at each dispatch location to verify the contract conditions (such as wages), compliance with labor standards, and minimum wage laws. We then implemented our AI × RPA products. As a result, trainees and inspectors can take photos and perform automatic checks on-site, with the results being recorded as well. 【Effects】 ■ Trainees and inspectors can take photos and perform automatic checks on-site, with the results being recorded. ■ When updating contract conditions, the responsible inspector can take photos and perform automatic checks on-site, as well as register them in the master database. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
