CONOC fully transitions to a cloud where AI automatically proposes estimates and processes.
Automate the "decision-making" in construction operations and accelerate DX! Significantly enhance the productivity, accuracy, and speed of construction operations.
CONOC Co., Ltd., which promotes DX in the construction industry, is pleased to announce the complete transition of its construction industry SaaS "CONOC Construction Cloud" to a new cloud infrastructure centered around an AI engine. With this transition, AI will automatically analyze drawings, specifications, and estimate data, calculating and proposing optimal unit prices, quantities, and processes. By taking over the decision-making tasks that have traditionally relied on human experience and intuition, AI can significantly enhance the productivity, accuracy, and speed of construction operations. The construction industry continues to face a serious labor shortage and an aging workforce. The retirement of skilled technicians is progressing, making it increasingly difficult to pass on the "intuition and experience" that have supported the field. *For more detailed information, please refer to the related links. Company information
There is a shortage of manpower. As a result, there is also a shortage of time. Right now, such a vicious cycle is occurring in the construction industry. However, I believe that what is most lacking is digitalization. If we can make inefficiencies efficient and create new connections, we can change the common sense of the past and the world itself. We truly believe this. Starting from manufacturing, knowing the field inside and out, and above all, valuing people. That’s why we want to find more ways to make people smile. Can we focus more on things that only people can do? Can we allocate more time to the challenges that we, as a company, should face? We want to continue to ask these questions. Let’s turn the common sense of the construction industry upside down. Now, towards a new future, let’s go together.
