In September 2020, at the 4th BIM/CIM Promotion Committee of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, the policy of "applying BIM/CIM principles to all public works, excluding small-scale projects, by fiscal year 2023" was announced. This seminar was planned in response to customer feedback expressing a desire to understand "the differences between the overview of BIM/CIM and ICT-utilized construction."
