The Pulsarlube "E" type is a disposable automatic lubricator that extrudes grease filled with five different discharge periods, which can be freely set, using gas pressure. It requires no wiring or piping, making installation easy and allowing for the automation of lubrication tasks without incurring additional costs. The main body is a transparent container, so the grease level can always be checked. By regularly monitoring the reduction of grease, you can confirm whether grease is being injected into the lubrication points, effectively visualizing the lubrication process. Installation is completed simply by removing the grease nipple at the lubrication point and screwing in the product via an adapter that matches the screw size. In addition to the conventional 120cc model, new 60cc and 240cc models have been released, allowing installation at various lubrication points with different required lubrication amounts. The gas generated is non-flammable nitrogen gas, making it safe to use in facilities with risks of ignition or thermal expansion, such as heating equipment, incineration facilities, and welding shops. The current-controlled system generates nitrogen gas at a stable pace until the end, making the differences from other automatic lubricators clear when used side by side.

The Pulsarlube E type is an automatic single-point lubrication device that generates non-flammable nitrogen gas (N2) through an electrolysis reaction by passing a constant current through the electrolytic liquid embedded in it, and discharges a set amount of grease under pressure. Since the nitrogen gas is generated in proportion to the current value, the device allows for flexible settings of the on-off operation and discharge duration. It is equipped with seven types of high-performance standard grease, including lithium-based universal type, high-load type, high-speed type, food machinery type, high-temperature type, molybdenum-containing type, and cold-weather type. We also offer a service to fill the product with grease specified by the customer. Additionally, a variety of accessories are available, including oil adapters for installation, mounting brackets, and application brush nozzles.
