  Remote lubrication for high places The Pulsar Lub M type is ideal for automating the greasing operations at remote and hazardous lubrication points in high places that are difficult to access. It enables remote piping to heights of up to 6 meters with high discharge pressure, and since the lubrication device can be installed at floor level, it easily alerts the operator to any abnormalities, such as grease emptying, through an LED display.

With a high discharge pressure (up to 6 MPa), it is possible to perform multi-oil supply to a maximum of eight locations with a single unit in combination with a progressive distribution valve. The lubrication of the four linear guides on the transport base can also be automated with a single unit by combining the M-type automatic lubrication device and the distribution valve.

  Automatic Greasing for Linear Guides Greasing operations for operating linear guides tend to be neglected due to reasons such as the danger involved and the fact that they can only be performed when the equipment is stopped.
