Despite its low cost, it allows for time setting, contributing to a reduction in labor for lubrication maintenance. ■ Pulsarlube M Type Equipped with a built-in reciprocating pump, it dispenses a fixed amount (0.34ml/cycle) of grease. Since the lubrication amount can be calculated, it is effective for appropriate preventive maintenance. It can distribute to a maximum of 8 points at high discharge pressure. Additionally, during a malfunction, it can be checked via an LED lamp and monitor. There are two types available: battery-operated and external power supply. Besides reducing maintenance labor, it regularly supplies a fixed amount of lubricant, which also helps extend the lifespan of equipment. ■ Pulsarlube BT Type A model of the Pulsarlube M Type with communication functionality. It allows for remote checking of grease levels, lubrication status, and malfunction information via Bluetooth. Operations such as changing the discharge amount or forced discharge are also possible.
