The Pulsarlube "E" type is a disposable automatic lubricator that dispenses grease filled with five different discharge periods that can be freely set, using gas pressure. It requires no wiring or piping, making installation easy, and can automate the lubrication process, which is an indirect task, without incurring additional costs. The main body is a transparent container, allowing for constant monitoring of the grease level. By regularly checking the reduction of grease, you can confirm whether grease is being injected into the lubrication points, effectively visualizing the lubrication process. Installation is completed simply by removing the grease nipple at the lubrication point and screwing in the product via an adapter that matches the screw size. In addition to the conventional 120cc model, new 60cc and 240cc models have been released, allowing installation at various lubrication points with different required lubrication amounts. The gas generated is non-flammable nitrogen gas, making it safe to use in equipment with fire hazards, such as heating facilities, incineration facilities, and welding factories. Utilizing a mechanism where nitrogen gas is generated in proportion to the current value, the mode selector allows for free setting of the device's on-off status and discharge periods.

The Pulsarlube E type is an automatic single-point lubrication device that generates non-flammable nitrogen gas (N2) through an electrolysis reaction by passing current through the electrolytic fluid contained within it, and reliably discharges a set amount of grease using the pressure generated. Since it utilizes a mechanism where nitrogen gas is produced in proportion to the current value, the mode selector allows for free setting of the device's on/off status and discharge duration. The device is equipped with seven types of high-performance standard grease, including lithium-based universal type, high-load type, high-speed type, food machinery type, high-temperature type, molybdenum-containing type, and cold-weather type. Additionally, we offer a service to fill the product with grease specified by the customer. A variety of accessories are also available, including oil adapters for installation, mounting brackets, and application brush nozzles.
