By installing the PSK data collection terminal, production results, defects, and stoppages can be automatically collected!
We provide a PSK production management system. This system directly collects various production information generated in factories and manufacturing sites from four sources: "machines, equipment, operators, and workpieces (the objects being processed)," and processes the information in real-time to provide it to on-site managers and operators. Please feel free to contact us if you have any requests. 【Features】 ■ By installing PSK data collection terminals at each site, production results can be automatically collected. ■ In the event of defects or stoppages, data will be entered into the PSK data collection terminal. ■ If production results cannot be automatically collected, they will be entered into the PSK data collection terminal located at each site. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

Company information
In production management within the manufacturing industry, each customer has their own unique ideas and rules. Based on these fundamentals, we believe that building a production management system together with the customer is the best approach for them. Therefore, with very few exceptions, we intentionally do not package our production management system. From production planning to process management, order management, inventory management, and PM management, please let us know any issues you are currently facing. We will develop and construct the production management system together with the customer through planning proposals. Additionally, we have developed and are selling a "Work Time Measurement System" as packaged software.
