The air transport device "Clean Wind" is a "suction type" air transport system. Unlike pressure type systems, the suction type draws in surrounding air for transport, maintaining a constant temperature and allowing for the transport of rice without compromising its quality. 【Advantages】 ■ Contamination Prevention Contamination refers to the mixing of foreign substances or different varieties into the product. Since it uses air to transport within stainless steel piping, there is no risk of foreign matter contamination or insect occurrence. ■ Compact Design It can be made about 400mm lower than using an elevator, and the tensioning platform can also be lower, reducing labor. Horizontal transport is also possible, allowing for flexible design by extending the piping. ■ Maintenance Ease Since rice is transported by air, there is no need for adjustments or cleaning of belts.
