The "Change Nut" DCMA type/DCMB type is a change nut with a lead angle of 45° that is not easily obtained through machining. It can convert linear motion to rotary motion and rotary motion to linear motion with high efficiency, and due to its large lead, it is suitable for creating a fast feed mechanism at low rotational speeds. The multi-thread screw shaft CT that combines with the "Change Nut" is formed by cold rolling. 【Features of the Dedicated Rolling Shaft】 For the change nut, a dedicated rolling shaft with standardized length is available. ■ Improved Wear Resistance Due to cold rolling, the tooth profile of the shaft is formed, resulting in a surface hardness of over 250HV on the tooth surface, along with a smooth mirror finish, which provides excellent wear resistance. The movement resulting from the combination of change nuts is also extremely smooth. ■ Enhanced Mechanical Properties The internal structure of the tooth surface of the rolled shaft exhibits fiber flow along the contour of the tooth profile, resulting in a very dense structure at the root of the tooth, which increases fatigue strength. ■ Additional Processing of the Shaft End Support Since the shaft is rolled, additional processing such as the support bearing at the shaft end can be easily performed using turning and milling.
