■Features ●Enhanced Motor Performance - Improved Heat Resistance Class The heat resistance class of the motor has been upgraded from Class B (130°C) to Class F (155°C), expanding the operating range when using an inverter. - Fanless Design for 0.2kW Changed from a totally enclosed external fan structure to a totally enclosed self-cooling structure, achieving low noise and compactness. Ideal for dusty environments and clean rooms. *Models with brakes use a totally enclosed external fan structure. - Improved Surge Resistance Enhanced surge resistance for 400V class motors, improving reliability during inverter operation. ●Terminal Box Improvements - Unified Types Standardized the specifications of terminal boxes that varied by motor type and capacity. The structure of the built-in rectifier type has been unified across all capacities. - Adjustable Hole Position The orientation of the lead wire outlet can be freely changed by the customer. - Expanded Wiring Clearance A structure that allows for straightforward wiring, making it easier to work with. ●Enhanced Options In addition to encoders and forced fans, custom shaft extensions are also available. ●Brake Improvements Adoption of a multi-plate brake reduces power consumption, stabilizes brake torque, and improves maintenance through unit replacement. ●Output Shaft with Taps The output shaft of the G3 series (parallel axis) reducer comes standard with taps.
