The GTR MID SERIES induction gear motor, which is a key product of Nissay, has been renewed. ■Features ●Enhanced Motor Performance Improved Heat Resistance Class The heat resistance class of the motor has been upgraded from Class B (130°C) to Class F (155°C). This contributes to an expanded operating range when using an inverter. 0.2kW Fanless Design Changed from a totally enclosed external fan structure to a totally enclosed self-cooling structure, achieving low noise and compactness. Ideal for dusty environments and clean room environments. *Models with brakes will have a totally enclosed external fan structure. Improved Surge Resistance The surge resistance of 400V class motors has been enhanced. Reliability during inverter operation has improved. ●Terminal Box Improvements Unified types of terminal boxes The specifications of terminal boxes, which varied by motor type and capacity, have been standardized. ●Expanded Options The rear structure of the motor has been reviewed to enhance options. Initially, encoders and forced fans are available as options, and custom orders for shaft extensions are also possible. ●Brake Improvements Reduced Power Consumption Stable Brake Torque Improved Maintainability
