(Tottori Prefecture) is a company primarily engaged in the production and sale of shiitake mushrooms and fresh wood ear mushrooms. They are involved in various initiatives that go beyond traditional agriculture, such as selling a tourist farm and cosmetics utilizing the components of wood ear mushrooms. The company had several concerns regarding mushroom cultivation and production. With the introduction of the "Momoko to Ayaka" + "GreenWatcher" (produced by Toa Software Co., Ltd.) system, they were able to solve these issues, and there are now possibilities for increased productivity in the future. 【Concerns】 ■ Until now, visual checks were conducted every hour using commercially available temperature and humidity meters.
