After the deployment phase, the customer will operate the system.
By creating a team within your company to handle maintenance operations and partial modifications that will be necessary after the system implementation, this method reduces the hassle and costs of outsourcing every time engineers are needed. By developing the operations team in parallel with test operations, we enhance their proficiency and enable a smooth transition to operations after the release.
