High water resistance! Reduced lifecycle costs through partial replacement with bolt fastening structure! LCC reduction series (for snowy regions)
The "Hinodakutairu Joint α (CVJ Type)" is a cast iron expansion joint that achieves a durability equivalent to 30 years through its unique cast iron technology. (Includes a guide plate compatible with snow removal graders) By bolting the main body of the expansion joint to the slab, partial replacement of only the main body can be performed during the next replacement. During partial replacement, the foundation mortar can be reused, reducing the life cycle cost (LCC). Furthermore, it has high waterproofing properties at the connecting surfaces, and its semicircular shape mitigates impacts during vehicle passage. 【Features】 ■ Reduction of life cycle costs through partial replacement with a bolted structure ■ Achieves 30 years of durability through unique cast iron technology ■ Protection of waterproof materials with load-supporting plates and dustproof materials ■ High waterproofing properties at the connecting surfaces ■ Semicircular shape mitigates impacts during vehicle passage ■ Applies a slip-resistant structure developed for manhole covers ■ Minimal change in slip resistance values *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
