■High Viscosity Discharge This is an extruder suitable for high viscosity thermoplastic resins and adhesives. It can handle polyamides, polyesters, PP, PE, PU, PO, EVA, etc. Discharge of resins with a viscosity of over 1,000,000 CPS is possible. The operating temperature can reach up to 250°C (with an option for 500°C). ■Quantitative Discharge It performs quantitative discharge. To further enhance accuracy, a gear pump (optional) can be installed. Additionally, with the circulation type (optional), by circulating the resin, it prevents changes in discharge volume that often occur at the start/end of discharge, thereby further improving discharge accuracy during intermittent coating. ◎ We offer various types up to large sizes (~100 kg/h). ◎ For product specifications and detailed features, please refer to the catalog.
