■High Viscosity Discharge This extruder is suitable for high viscosity thermoplastic resins and adhesives. It can discharge resins with a viscosity of over 1,000,000 CPS, including polyamide, polyester, PP, PE, PU, PO, EVA, etc. The operating temperature can reach up to 250°C (with an option for 500°C). ■Quantitative Discharge It performs quantitative discharge. To further enhance accuracy, a gear pump (optional) can be installed. Additionally, with the circulation type (optional), by circulating the resin, it prevents fluctuations in discharge volume that often occur at the start and end of discharge, thereby further improving discharge accuracy during intermittent coating. ◎For product specifications and detailed features, please refer to the catalog.
