Hot melt can achieve inline and high-speed adhesion in manufacturing environments. The hot melt extruder adopts a screw extrusion method, allowing for the discharge of resins that are high-temperature and high-viscosity, even those with no fluidity, up to 300°C (with an option for 500°C). Furthermore, the circulation system allows for the hot melt to be recycled. This prevents changes in discharge volume that often occur at the start and end of application, further improving the accuracy of intermittent application. It has received great acclaim in industries such as solar panels, thermistors, EV batteries, and filters. 【Features】 ■ The installation of a gear pump further enhances the accuracy of discharge during operation. ■ Molding achieves high-precision pressure control through electric control using pressure sensors. ■ The melting capacity ranges from 1 to 3000 kg/h (varies depending on the resin), allowing you to select the model based on usage. ■ It minimizes thermal degradation of hot melt.
