The hot melt extruder adopts a screw extrusion method, allowing for the discharge of resins that are high-temperature and high-viscosity, even those with no fluidity, up to 300°C (with an option for 500°C). Furthermore, the circulation system allows for the hot melt to be recycled. This prevents changes in discharge volume that often occur at the start and end of application, further improving the accuracy of intermittent application.
