The skin layer and core layer of the molded product are formed using two types of materials through the same sprue.
Traditionally, molded products that were single-colored can now be enhanced with the potential for expression and a sense of luxury through variations in two or more colors and patterns. By using the same mold that was previously employed, different designs such as two-color marbles, sandwiches, tortoiseshell, flowers, and stripes can be expressed through injection control, nozzle structure, and molding conditions. Additionally, it is also possible to accommodate special applications such as multi-layer molding with different materials.

Injection Device A → Inject skin material When injecting into the mold, the part that comes into contact with the mold surface cools and solidifies first. ↓ Injection Device B → Inject core material The core material injected later is encapsulated inside the solidified skin layer. ↓ This enables two types of three-layer molding!
