Planning, design, production, and general mold manufacturing of various synthetic resin molded products. Based on the molding technology and know-how cultivated over many years, we are engaged in comprehensive development support utilizing 3D CAD and CAE. [We excel in designs that consider mold structure and moldability.] [Features] ○ We provide careful support for total manufacturing from design to finished products. In addition to spot requests such as design aesthetics, design, resin flow analysis, and structural analysis, we also accept the production of prototype models using 3D printers. Please feel free to consult with us first. ○ We focus on high-value product development by leveraging not only specialized knowledge and design technology related to resin, which is essential for the structural, mechanical, and housing design of resin products, but also know-how and analysis technology in the manufacturing process. ○ We also perform special molding of thick-walled shapes that are impossible with general molding. (PFP molding, counter-pressure molding, etc.) ○ We have started the release of our own developed product, the polyethylene small boat "Kotobo," by Kōtoku Kasei Kōgyō.
