Planning, design, production, and general mold manufacturing of various synthetic resin molded products. We provide thorough support for total manufacturing from design to finished products. Our group company owns 35 injection molding machines ranging from 35t to 1800t. We handle a wide range of molded products from small to large sizes. Design of resin parts' structure, mechanisms, and enclosures, flow analysis, structural analysis, and production of prototype models. 【Features】 ○ Based on the molding technology and know-how cultivated over many years, we engage in comprehensive development support utilizing 3D CAD and CAE. We also offer the production of prototype models using 3D printers. ○ In addition to specialized knowledge and design techniques related to resin, which are essential for the structural, mechanical, and enclosure design of resin products, we focus on high-value product development by leveraging know-how and analysis techniques in the manufacturing process.
