Waterproofing + Durability Improvement By applying or spraying onto the concrete surface, the unique component of Zaipex, "catalytic compounds," penetrates deep into the concrete, promoting the growth of new cement crystals at the crack interface, thereby densifying the concrete structure itself. The depth of modification through crystallization can reach over 30 cm in a humid environment, depending on the concrete conditions. Concrete structures treated with Zaipex block water by promoting cement crystal growth in capillary voids and cracks, which are the causes of water leakage, thus densifying the material. Additionally, it simultaneously blocks the intrusion of harmful substances and consumes contained moisture, leading to effects such as the suppression of carbonation, rust prevention, salt damage prevention, alkali-silica reaction prevention, and further frost damage prevention, thereby enhancing the durability of the concrete. 2.
