This is a special camera system that allows for the inspection of conditions within pipelines with many bends, such as drainage pipes, and can create diagrams of the piping conditions from survey data. ● The cable is covered with stainless steel wire mesh, making it flexible and resulting in low surface friction and good passage performance. ● By attaching a cover to the camera head (diameter φ36mm), it can inspect pipelines with diameters of φ50mm, φ65mm, and φ80mm. ● A 400,000-pixel color CCD camera displays clear images of the pipe walls. ● Sensors mounted on the camera head display an up-down identification arrow and pitching (inclination) on the monitor, allowing the pipeline route to be confirmed and diagrams to be created by matching with the distance measurement.
