This system is a camera system designed to inspect narrow pipelines or pipelines that already contain cables, where the space for camera insertion is limited. ● The push rod is made of lightweight and highly rigid FRP structure, allowing for approximately 200 meters of one-sided pushing. ● The small-diameter camera head (diameter φ23mm) enables inspection of pipelines with diameters ranging from φ30mm to φ150mm. ● A 400,000-pixel color CCD camera displays clear images of the pipe walls. ● The gravity sensor mounted on the camera head adds an up-down inversion function on the monitor, correcting the rotation of the image that occurs during camera head insertion, allowing for realistic image verification.
