Optimization technology for ultrasound (method of installing transducers)

The Ultrasonic System Research Institute has developed a technology for the installation of ultrasonic transducers that advances the control technology of standing waves by optimizing the effects of cavitation and acceleration (acoustic flow).
With this technology, it becomes possible to stir, atomize, clean, and modify liquids ranging from 300 to 5000 liters, which require a large amount of energy.
- Application examples of the developed technology -
Uniformization of solvents and plating solutions,
Nano-level stirring and dispersion,
Development of new materials,
Stress relief treatment of metal surfaces,
Precision cleaning of large components,
Uniform cleaning of numerous parts...
This technology enables appropriate ultrasonic irradiation for cleaning targets with varying adhesion forces due to multiple contaminants or for surface modification of complex-shaped components.
The most effective cases involve surface modification of metal and resin parts and materials (relief of residual stress).
