The Signature100 is a completely new ADCP equipped with both a flow direction and velocity profiler (with a measurement range of 400m) and a scientific fish finder sensor (echo sounder). For example, when focusing on the relationship between the behavior of fish and microorganisms (such as krill) in the ecosystem and ocean currents, it was previously necessary to measure acoustic reflections (echograms) and flow direction and velocity data with separate devices. The Signature100 allows for the acquisition of both types of data with just one device. In addition to conventional multi-layer flow direction and velocity measurement, it is equipped with various measurement options. It can accommodate various observation purposes such as waves, turbulence, sea ice, and echograms, all in one device.

The Signature1000 and Signature500 are lightweight, compact, and multifunctional acoustic Doppler current profilers (ADCP) designed to meet various measurement needs in coastal areas. Functions such as wave, turbulence, sea ice, and echogram measurements can be freely selected and added later. Echograms can be obtained by using a transducer positioned at the fifth center as an echo sounder, allowing for high-resolution measurement of underwater biomass. With the new AD2CP platform, it is now possible to simultaneously execute multiple measurement functions (patented technology), enabling the acquisition of high-density information in a short period. They are also optimal tools for turbulence observation. Regarding sampling frequency, the Signature1000 has a maximum of 16 Hz, while the Signature500 has a maximum of 8 Hz. It has become possible to analyze parts of the turbulence spectrum that were previously difficult to measure.

The Aquadopp Profiler is a highly versatile ultrasonic Doppler current profiler (ADCP). There are four types in the lineup depending on the measurement range (distance). It is the ideal ADCP for those who want to simply conduct multi-layer current and velocity observations. In particular, it allows for wave measurements using a pressure gauge to be performed between current and velocity measurements, making it a series with high cost performance. The model equipped with the Z-Cell function can emit sound waves horizontally from the sensor head, allowing for the measurement of flow around the instrument. This feature enables the measurement of flow very close to the instrument, which was difficult with conventional ADCPs. The measurement range is from less than 1 m to over 85 m.
