However, this requires additional processing time for burring, and care must be taken to avoid damaging the burring after processing. Moreover, it incurs a lot of labor and costs, and can lead to fastening failures due to burring damage. Our product allows tapping fastening in a pre-drilled hole without burring, even on 0.3mm thin plates. It can achieve fastening with twice the torque of conventional products without burring.
