In establishing the new factory, we were considering the introduction of deodorizing machines, but since the highly effective combustion-type deodorization is also very costly, we were exploring alternatives to combustion methods. At that time, we learned that Company T in Hiroshima Prefecture had successfully treated exhaust gases from their painting drying furnace, and they introduced us to our company. Because of the high trustworthiness from word-of-mouth recommendations from established customers, we proceeded with the delivery of the water film scrubber (exhaust gas treatment device) "Deo-Riser" without a demonstration experiment. Since the delivery was aligned with the new construction project, we were able to efficiently design the installation locations for the shower booths and circulating water treatment tanks, as well as the ducts and piping connecting each, while also significantly reducing the installation construction costs.

During the cleaning of manufactured products with organic solvents, solvent odors were being emitted and flowing into the offices in a separate building. By using one unit of the deodorizer DR-30W to perform water film cleaning with an airflow of up to 450 m³/min, we successfully kept the odor concentration below 400, even though it exceeded 1000 at times. The effectiveness of the delivered dust collection and exhaust gas deodorization system, the deodorizer, was recognized despite the difficulty in capturing VOC gases, leading to a repeat order. The previous issue involved a large outbreak of specific microorganisms in the groundwater that clogged the screen, but this phenomenon was resolved by administering chlorine and managing it at low concentrations.

The dust collection and deodorization device, Deolizer, was adopted due to its compact design that allows for installation in small spaces.

The exhaust gases from the painting drying oven contain substances such as formaldehyde, resin, and tar, leading to persistent complaints from neighbors due to the irritating odors. Additionally, it was thought that installing a deodorizing machine would be difficult due to the limited space within the factory. However, the scrubber deodorizer was adopted because of its compact design, which allows installation in small spaces. Regarding the circulating water in the deodorizer, three months before the COD and BOD values reverse is considered the appropriate time for replacement. After primary treatment in the deodorizer, the concentration was reduced to 2 ppm, improving to a level that allows exhaust without the need for a secondary treatment device, completely eliminating complaints from neighbors. Furthermore, the water that captures odor components in the shower becomes formalin, but aeration by the Aqua Blaster promotes aerobic decomposition, making it reusable as circulating water. Additionally, since resin and tar substances are also decomposed, there is no adhesion to the pit walls, which helps keep running costs down and has been very well received.

In 2008, a wastewater treatment system was delivered to a bus depot (commonly known as a maintenance and washing facility). Before the delivery, a large amount of oil sludge was generated, but by installing aeration pipes, Aqua Blaster, in the existing water tank and performing aeration, we successfully reduced the generation to one-sixth. Since the oil sludge was being treated as industrial waste through incineration, this indirectly cut CO2 emissions by one-sixth as well. Although electricity consumption and maintenance costs for the aeration pipes, Aqua Blaster, increased, the costs for sludge recovery (cleaning costs) were significantly reduced, resulting in an annual cost reduction of 2.2 million yen.
