We would like to introduce a case where we proposed a complete set of in-store promotional fixtures for Okamoto Co., Ltd., featuring the "Non-Slip Coco Pita." We suggested a hanging fixture that allows for large displays, arranging a total of 12 display hooks in 4 horizontal rows and 3 vertical rows. This setup can accommodate 72 products. As an eye-catching tool, we proposed the original mini banner "Plano-bo" from Togu. The support pole is made of resin and can be produced in various colors. By matching the support pole color to yellow in accordance with the banner design, we created a new expression tool. Here are examples of using the "Soft Base," developed as a fixed part to prevent the dropping or theft of product testers. The conventional standard part "SP-1S" is made of metal and uses sponge tape, which has the issue of being quite prominent and noticeable. The plastic "Miracle Base" is also white and stands out, and it can only be attached to flat surfaces, limiting the products that can be used. The "Soft Base" can be perfectly attached to curved surfaces like bottles and pens. We would like to introduce a case where Zojirushi Corporation adopted our "Movable 4-Tier Display Fixture" for displaying stainless steel bottles. Display fixtures that are deployed in sales areas for extended periods require high durability. However, cardboard fixtures lack sufficient strength, and using wood or metal makes them heavy, posing challenges for store operations. The "Movable 4-Tier Display Fixture" is made of polypropylene and is easy to assemble, achieving a load capacity of up to 16 kg per tray. We would like to introduce examples of using our powerful magnet-equipped card holder, "MagneHolder." The card holder that is fixed to iron gondola fixtures with magnets typically uses a combination of POP parts. However, due to the large size of the parts themselves, it has been difficult to use them in narrow spaces. The "MagneHolder" is a compact part where the holder and the magnet base are integrated, making it less obtrusive and not interfering with printed materials. It can be utilized in various ways depending on the idea, such as fixing partition POPs or displaying on the sides of fixtures. We would like to introduce a case study of our developed foldable hook strip, the "Hanger Hook 12-Unit." Conventional hook strips are approximately 800mm long, which leads to larger packaging sizes during shipping, posing a challenge. There were no products that considered compactness, forcing users to choose smaller sizes with fewer hooks. The "Hanger Hook 12-Unit" can be folded from a full length of 760mm down to 297mm by folding it into thirds. It is sized to fit into a No. 2 envelope and is designed as a multifunctional promotional display with features such as a drop prevention stopper and two hooks connected back-to-back. Since it uses the same installation method as before, it can be easily assembled without burdening the store staff. The structure faces forward firmly against the board and is strong and durable against upward forces. It can absorb lateral loads, making it less likely to break. This simple part can be attached to a price rail, allowing you to insert a single piece of promotional material that protrudes from the product shelf, making it a highly effective in-store promotional tool. By folding the card to create three sides, you can have a display surface on the front, allowing for appeals not only from the sides but also from the front of the product shelf. We would like to introduce a case study of the "blister with lid" developed to shorten processing lead times and improve work efficiency in in-store promotions using half-spherical blister packaging. The structure integrates the lid, allowing it to be closed without the use of tape or adhesive. By sealing the samples in advance, there is no risk of spilling during the attachment process with the backing paper, and the sealing process can be completed before preparing the printed materials. The "type with holes" is suitable for fragrance samples, while the "type without holes" is ideal for solid samples, and both are standard stock items from our company, allowing for quick delivery. We would like to introduce a case where our rice resin display hooks were adopted for the hanging display fixture of Lapis Co., Ltd.'s sustainable toothbrush "EcoDent." The display hooks are standard display parts for in-store promotions, designed to be attached by inserting them into pre-cut holes in a backing board. Our company has developed and sold these hooks made from rice resin, which contains 51% rice, and they have been adopted by various manufacturers across different industries. By using 51% rice as a raw material, it is possible to reduce CO2 emissions by 51% during incineration at the time of disposal, in line with carbon neutrality concepts.
