We would like to introduce our original campaign system "WebCAN," developed by our company, which features a serial application campaign. Products are affixed with attention seals that contain serial codes and distributed to mass retailers. This allows for the collection of marketing information while expanding product recognition. 【Case Overview】 - We can handle everything from arranging attention seals to affixing them to products and distributing them to stores. - We also support agency placements for web and social media advertising. - Questionnaire: Up to 10 questions can be set, with a variety of patterns available. - Lottery video: Some customization is possible to create originality. - Secretariat support: We handle everything from creating application guidelines to responding to inquiries and shipping prizes. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

We would like to introduce a case where our rice resin display hooks were adopted for the hanging display fixture of Lapis Co., Ltd.'s sustainable toothbrush "EcoDent." The display hooks are standard display parts for in-store promotions, designed to be attached by inserting them into pre-cut holes in a backing board. Our company has developed and sold these hooks made from rice resin, which contains 51% rice, and they have been adopted by various manufacturers across different industries. By using 51% rice as a raw material, it is possible to reduce CO2 emissions by 51% during incineration at the time of disposal, in line with carbon neutrality concepts. We were pleased to hear that the adoption of promotional parts made from the same material as the product increased the elements for promoting environmental initiatives. 【Case Overview】 ■ Client: Lapis Co., Ltd. ■ Project Name: Sustainable Toothbrush "EcoDent" Hanging Display Fixture ■ Adopted Product: Rice Resin Display Hook ■ Results: Adoption of promotional parts made from the same material as the product increased elements for promoting environmental initiatives. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

In response to rising logistics costs and raw material prices, we would like to introduce examples of using our "inner box-compatible fixtures" and "outer box-compatible fixtures." The "inner box-compatible fixture" can be expanded into a freestanding or hanging display, designed to transport products while still inside. Its compact design also improves stacking on pallets. The "outer box-compatible fixture" can transform the shipping box directly into a display, reducing paper usage, cutting costs, and being eco-friendly at the same time. It is designed for easy assembly by store staff. [Case Overview] - Inner box-compatible fixture: Can be used for both hanging and freestanding displays through easy detachment, allowing for designs that fit various sales areas. - Outer box-compatible fixture: Designed to fit within a size of 160, reducing transportation costs and utilizing the fixture as padding, eliminating the need for cushioning materials. - Results: Many instances of folding it small for transport and expanding it for use in-store to match the sales area. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

We will introduce our "Sensor-based Voice POP" focusing on custom examples. It is a promotional tool that can deliver messages and appeal to people who are not aware of the product through sound. However, if the design and layout are not tailored to the installation situation, the effectiveness may not be as expected. Therefore, we emphasize the selection of components and configuration with a focus on flexibility. We can accommodate a wide range from simple patterns that prioritize cost to custom specifications that focus on design, and many customers have adopted our solutions. 【Case Overview】 ■ Custom Type: Allows free movement of the positions of speakers and motion sensors, and the design of cases with special shapes. ■ High Volume Type: Increases the number of batteries and replaces the speaker with a larger one. ■ Sound and Light Gimmick: Based on the voice POP, it is possible to combine sound and light by attaching LEDs. ■ Compact Thin Type: A standard type that emphasizes cost performance and compactness. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

We would like to introduce a case study that combines our standard promotional tool, the "Sensor-Activated Voice POP," with life-size panels. The voice POP for the life-size panels uses the same circuit board as the standard product, with a larger speaker size. The box is made in E size, which is just the right size to accommodate the speaker, and it features an easy-to-assemble structure. It pairs well with life-size panels of anime and manga characters, as the character's voice can be heard coming from the real panel, providing a powerful experience and a high level of satisfaction for fans. 【Case Overview】 ■ Usage Scene: Used as a promotional tool for movies, with many successful implementations ■ Expandability: Customizable to play sound with a switch instead of a sensor, or to install an LED circuit board for lighting ■ Other Uses: Can be utilized for various projects such as events and exhibitions *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

Introducing the "Virtual Lip Tester," a promotional display that combines an AR tester that can be tried on a smartphone. In the cosmetics category, the installation of testers is an effective promotional method; however, due to hygiene concerns, lip colors cannot be applied directly to the lips for testing, leading to anxiety about purchasing without knowing if the color will suit them. With a QR code provided on the display, customers can try lip colors on their smartphone screens. We can handle everything from creating AR content and simple landing pages to processing and mass-producing the display. [Case Overview] ■ Challenge: Lip colors cannot be tested on one's own lips due to hygiene concerns. ■ Proposal: "Virtual Lip Tester" utilizing facial recognition AR. ■ Technology Used: "Spark AR" content that can be used on Instagram. ■ Results: Led to new trial opportunities and additional promotional effects. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

We would like to introduce the usage of our developed "unit-type LED board" in addressing the versatility challenges of shelf lighting that highlights product displays. Conventional tape LEDs require end processing of the cut surfaces and cannot accommodate multiple shelves, while fixing them with double-sided tape can dirty the shelves. This product features 12 LED boards with 9 lights each at 270mm and an intermediate cable with 4 branches as the basic specification, allowing for free connection via connectors. It can be easily fixed to metal fixtures using neodymium magnets on the back. 【Case Overview】 ■ Challenge: Each store has different shelf layouts, necessitating the provision of appropriately sized LEDs for each. ■ Proposal: A magnet-adhesive, freely combinable unit-type LED board. ■ Configuration of LED board: Designed to include connectors and wiring within 300mm. ■ Usage example: Can accommodate display shelves of W600mm with 2 boards and W900mm with 3 boards. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

We would like to introduce a case study of the "blister with lid" developed to shorten processing lead times and improve work efficiency in in-store promotions using half-spherical blister packaging. The structure integrates the lid, allowing it to be closed without the use of tape or adhesive. By sealing the samples in advance, there is no risk of spilling during the attachment process with the backing paper, and the sealing process can be completed before preparing the printed materials. The "type with holes" is suitable for fragrance samples, while the "type without holes" is ideal for solid samples, and both are standard stock items from our company, allowing for quick delivery. [Case Overview] ■ Challenge: The production lead time for blisters was necessary, and processing could not begin until all the contents were ready. ■ Proposal: Development of the "blister with lid" to enhance assembly and processing efficiency. ■ Type with holes: By sealing fragrance samples, it can achieve an almost airtight condition, reducing the risk of adhesive tape peeling due to the evaporation of fragrance components. ■ Type without holes: Utilized for solid samples to confirm shape. ■ Results: Adopted by many manufacturers to date. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

We would like to introduce a case study on the mass production of the "KAMADO Gachagacha" aimed at the full store expansion of Logos Corporation. A staff member at one of the stores independently created a unique gachapon machine based on a multifunctional cooking grill, and the initiative to distribute novelty stickers and prize exchange tickets received great acclaim. Our company developed a design suitable for mass production, featuring a structure that allows capsules to be mixed smoothly. The simple design, printed only with flexo on cardboard, includes a larger handle that is easy for children to turn. [Case Overview] ■ Implementing Company: Logos Corporation ■ Project Name: KAMADO Gachagacha ■ Outcome: Ordered as a tool for nationwide store expansion ■ Award: JPM POP Creative Award 2021 Silver Prize *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

We would like to introduce effective examples of appeals using our new product, the "Shelf Front Sign Holder." This simple part can be attached to a price rail, allowing you to insert a single piece of promotional material that protrudes from the product shelf, making it a highly effective in-store promotional tool. By folding the card to create three sides, you can have a display surface on the front, allowing for appeals not only from the sides but also from the front of the product shelf. By cutting the card into any shape, you can expect a high promotional effect. 【Case Overview】 ■ Product: New "Shelf Front Sign Holder" made from environmentally friendly materials ■ Usage Example: Protruding POP with three-sided design for front-facing appeal ■ Usage Example: Card with product silhouette to enhance brand recognition ■ Support: Design proposals tailored to the product are available *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

We would like to introduce a case study of our new product, the "Paper Display Hook." Similar to conventional plastic display hooks, it adopts a mounting method that inserts into the corner holes of the backing paper. Since it uses the same installation method as before, it can be easily assembled without burdening the store staff. The structure faces forward firmly against the board and is strong and durable against upward forces. It can absorb lateral loads, making it less likely to break. [Case Overview] ■ Point 1: Well-balanced design with excellent strength, cost, and appearance ■ Point 2: Structure that absorbs loads and is resistant to breaking ■ Point 3: As a manufacturer, we have existing models and can produce them at a low cost ■ Lineup: A 20mm size close to a U-shape is also available *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

We would like to introduce a case study of our developed foldable hook strip, the "Hanger Hook 12-Unit." Conventional hook strips are approximately 800mm long, which leads to larger packaging sizes during shipping, posing a challenge. There were no products that considered compactness, forcing users to choose smaller sizes with fewer hooks. The "Hanger Hook 12-Unit" can be folded from a full length of 760mm down to 297mm by folding it into thirds. It is sized to fit into a No. 2 envelope and is designed as a multifunctional promotional display with features such as a drop prevention stopper and two hooks connected back-to-back. [Case Overview] ■ Challenge: Packaging size and transportation costs of long hook strips ■ Proposal: "Hanger Hook 12-Unit" with a hinge structure that allows folding and cutting ■ Result: Adopted by many manufacturers in the food and cosmetics industries ■ Evaluation: The ability to fold compactly and reduce transportation costs *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

We would like to introduce examples of using our powerful magnet-equipped card holder, "MagneHolder." The card holder that is fixed to iron gondola fixtures with magnets typically uses a combination of POP parts. However, due to the large size of the parts themselves, it has been difficult to use them in narrow spaces. The "MagneHolder" is a compact part where the holder and the magnet base are integrated, making it less obtrusive and not interfering with printed materials. It can be utilized in various ways depending on the idea, such as fixing partition POPs or displaying on the sides of fixtures. [Case Overview] ■ Issue: Existing POP parts are large and difficult to use in narrow spaces ■ Proposal: A compact part with an integrated holder and magnet ■ Usage Example: Fixed part for partition POPs that can be installed without moving products ■ Usage Example: Displaying on the back of shelves or the sides of fixtures *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

We would like to introduce a case where Zojirushi Corporation adopted our "Movable 4-Tier Display Fixture" for displaying stainless steel bottles. Display fixtures that are deployed in sales areas for extended periods require high durability. However, cardboard fixtures lack sufficient strength, and using wood or metal makes them heavy, posing challenges for store operations. The "Movable 4-Tier Display Fixture" is made of polypropylene and is easy to assemble, achieving a load capacity of up to 16 kg per tray. It is also easy to change the length of the support poles, customize colors, and add casters. 【Case Overview】 ■ Implementing Company: Zojirushi Corporation ■ Purpose: Display fixture for stainless steel bottles ■ Customization: Changed the height of the lowest support pole to 430mm ■ Color: Created in ivory and yellow-green ■ Specifications: Logo silk-printed on the long side of the tray *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

Here are examples of using the "Soft Base," developed as a fixed part to prevent the dropping or theft of product testers. The conventional standard part "SP-1S" is made of metal and uses sponge tape, which has the issue of being quite prominent and noticeable. The plastic "Miracle Base" is also white and stands out, and it can only be attached to flat surfaces, limiting the products that can be used. The "Soft Base" can be perfectly attached to curved surfaces like bottles and pens. It is semi-transparent, including the adhesive sticker, making it less noticeable, and it is made of EVA resin, a durable material with elasticity and flexibility. 【Case Overview】 ■ Issue: Existing parts are prominent and noticeable ■ Issue: Can only be attached to flat surfaces, limiting usable products ■ Proposal: A new soft, semi-transparent fixed part "Soft Base" ■ Example of Use: Parts to prevent the dropping or loss of lotion testers ■ Example of Use: Use a black Soft Base for black products *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

As a promotional tool for the standard shelf of botanical shampoos, we would like to introduce a case where our "LED Sensor Light" was adopted. In retail stores, it was not possible to secure a power source near the standard shelf, making it impossible to install shelf lighting to illuminate products as a promotional tool from the manufacturer. The "LED Sensor Light" is designed to light up for 5 seconds only when it detects motion, and with four AA batteries and four LEDs, it can light up more than 15,000 times. Assuming it lights up 200 times a day, it can last for over three months. [Case Overview] ■ Project Name: Sensor LED Tray for Shampoo ■ Challenge: Differentiating from competing brands and enhancing appeal within the standard shelf ■ Proposal: A product tray incorporating a battery-operated LED light with a motion sensor ■ Outcome: Adopted as a promotional tool primarily in the Chubu region ■ Expansion: A different shaped LED sensor light POP was adopted for the same brand's hair mask *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

We would like to introduce a case study that adopted our original pendulum moving mechanism, "Multi-Link." Traditional pendulum movings can only swing left and right, which limits their expressive potential as promotional materials. The "Multi-Link" allows for the addition of 1 to 3 "child pendulums" by using extension parts. In actual cases, we were able to combine three "child pendulums" with a "parent pendulum" to create a highly effective promotional tool. [Case Overview] ■ Project Name: Counter Moving POP ■ Challenge: Limited expressive potential with traditional pendulum movings ■ Proposal: "Multi-Link" that allows for the addition of "child pendulums" with extension parts ■ Outcome: Expressed appeal points with "child pendulums," enhancing eye-catching effects *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

We would like to introduce a case where we proposed a "product package and display fixture" for a skincare product to a certain cosmetics manufacturer. They requested a display fixture that would stand out as much as possible in a collaboration product planning with a character, but there were constraints of a limited budget and display space. We proposed a design that allows the package box to be used directly as a display fixture by unfolding it. The flap at the top of the box can be extended as a top board, achieving a significant display area that is 120mm larger than the height of the unopened box. [Case Overview] ■ Challenge: Create a display fixture that can differentiate itself with a low budget and space-saving design. ■ Proposal: A shape design that makes the package stand out while serving as a package. ■ Results: - Successfully differentiated through creative package design without incurring additional costs. - Received a direct production request for another collaboration product planning. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

As an eye-catching tool, we proposed the original mini banner "Plano-bo" from Togu. The support pole is made of resin and can be produced in various colors. By matching the support pole color to yellow in accordance with the banner design, we created a new expression tool. [Case Overview] ■ Challenge: To create a highly appealing eye-catching tool ■ Proposal: - A hanging fixture for large displays - The original mini banner "Plano-bo" with high eye-catching effect ■ Outcome: The proposal for a complete set of in-store promotional tools was well received as a parts manufacturer. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

We would like to introduce a case study of the display fixtures we created for Takara Tomy Co., Ltd. featuring the popular toy series "Zoids." With the revival of Zoids after 12 years, most of today's children have never played with them and do not have an image of assembled Zoids in motion. We received a request to create a display that intuitively conveys the impact of moving Zoids. We produced an interactive moving display where pressing a button makes the Zoids move, roar, and glow blue. This display was implemented in toy stores and electronics retailers nationwide and won a silver award at the JPM POP Creative Awards 2018. [Case Overview] ■ Challenge: We want people to feel the impact of moving Zoids. ■ Proposal: An interactive moving display that creates surprise. ■ Result: The most eye-catching display in stores. ■ Designed a circuit board capable of controlling movement, LED lighting, and sound playback. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

We would like to introduce a case where we proposed in-store display fixtures for the series of home appliances "STAN." to Zojirushi Corporation. There were two challenges to address: how to express the brand concept through the fixtures and how to ensure that the fixtures could be installed in as many stores as possible. By placing illustrations on the entire back and waist wrap, and positioning products on wooden shelves that protrude from the illustrations, we aimed to create an interior image where "STAN." harmonizes with everyday life. We produced three types of fixtures: W600, W900, and W1200, with the goal of being able to install each in under one minute. [Case Overview] ■ Challenge: Creating fixtures that express the concept of a new brand ■ Proposal: Fixtures inspired by a home kitchen ■ Results - Evaluated as successfully expressing the world view of "STAN." - Satisfaction with the ease of installation *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

We would like to introduce a case where we proposed a counter display for the "Petit chou" liquid eyeliner to Clue Co., Ltd. The challenge was to create a display that stands out and is not perceived as just a low-cost product, given the abundance of competing budget cosmetics. We decided on a direction that evokes everyday life scenes, resulting in a miniature diorama-style counter display made from a combination of paper and PET materials, which embodies both realism and playfulness. [Case Overview] ■ Challenge: Wanting to stand out amidst a plethora of competing products ■ Proposal: A miniature diorama-style counter display that evokes aspirational life scenes ■ Concept: Constructing stylish life scenes with a miniature diorama ■ Outcome: Evaluated as a display that differentiates from other brands *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

We would like to introduce a case where we proposed a promotional display for "Honey Full Lip R" from Country & Stream to Ida Laboratories, Inc. We received the challenge of wanting to increase the distribution rate by accommodating various installation methods, not only at the counter of a competitive standard shelf but also in any available space in the store. We proposed a 2-way display with a unitized design divided into four parts. When all parts are combined, it becomes a counter display, and when used separately, each part can function independently. [Case Overview] ■ Challenge: Increase distribution rate by accommodating various installation methods ■ Proposal: Independent unitized design for each part ■ Results - A display that enhances ease of installation and improves distribution rate - Evaluated as a versatile and user-friendly display *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

This is a case where we proposed a paper craft for a product experience event at an aquarium using Kokuyo Co., Ltd.'s Dotliner Aqua. As a measure to expand recognition of Dotliner Aqua, we suggested using handmade hats inspired by the polar bear and pufferfish depicted on the product body as the crafting material. We focused on creating shapes that children would naturally want to make and designs that could be assembled intuitively. The crafting events held were always successful, and it has been decided to implement them at other aquariums as well. We also designed paper crafts inspired by tortoise hats and birds. [Case Overview] ■ Challenge: We want participants to experience the appeal of the product at the event. ■ Proposal: Handmade hats that are enjoyable both during and after making. ■ Three goals we wanted to achieve with the project: - It should be something that children would want to make. - It should be easy and fun for anyone to create. - It should provide a special experience that makes participants want to share on social media. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

We would like to introduce a case where we proposed a three-dimensional display fixture that brings together the original stationery series of Fueki-kun for Fueki Co., Ltd. By adopting the idea of a storage fixture modeled after a giant Fueki-kun, we created a paper fixture that is about five times the size of the animal glue. It faithfully represents charming points such as the rounded hat and the large ears that hang down the sides, capturing the attention of customers passing by. The design allows for the efficient display of a variety of products, including ballpoint pens, mechanical pencils, glue sticks, notepads, sticky notes, and masking tape, and the internal partition parts can be swapped out when new products are released. [Case Overview] ■ Challenge: We want to create a tool that brings out the appeal of the products. ■ Proposal: Use Fueki-kun as the display fixture itself. ■ Outcome: Reintroduced the cuteness of Fueki-kun, unearthed potential fans, and contributed to an increase in merchandise sales. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

This is a case where we proposed a purchasing promotion campaign utilizing our self-developed web campaign system "WebCAN" to a certain home appliance manufacturer. In line with the release of a new product, they requested a campaign structure where customers could apply during the pre-order phase and submit additional applications after purchase to receive a guaranteed prize. We proposed an overall design that compensates for parts that the system cannot handle with human support from the campaign office. Despite irregular responses such as extending the period due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, we received many applications and successfully concluded the campaign without any issues. The marketing data has also been utilized. 【Case Overview】 ■Challenge: Want to conduct a campaign in conjunction with the new product release ■Proposal: Realization of the plan through collaboration between the web system and the campaign office ■Results ・Smooth execution of the campaign ・By using "WebCAN," system development costs were eliminated, keeping expenses low *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
