Select Wood is a cost optimization solution for medium to large-scale wooden buildings provided by Sakura Structural, which has top-class structural design achievements in Japan. Amid the serious rise in the costs of steel and concrete materials, we propose a structural transition from "RC and S construction to wooden construction" tailored to the building's purpose and scale. By eliminating excessive specifications and significantly reducing foundation construction costs, we achieve substantial cost reductions in construction while ensuring seismic resistance. Our strength lies in our ability to make flat proposals that are not constrained by specific construction methods, thanks to our deep understanding of all types of structures.

Ribovil is a real estate regeneration service that utilizes the existing structural framework of buildings without demolition, implementing unique seismic reinforcement and renovation. A team of "seismic architects," including first-class structural engineers, provides comprehensive support from consulting to design and supervision. It addresses traditional challenges of seismic reinforcement, such as "unnecessarily increasing load-bearing walls" and "compromising design aesthetics," achieving a balance among seismic resistance, functionality, and design. This represents a "third option" that significantly reduces demolition costs and waste associated with rebuilding, realizing cost savings and reducing environmental impact.

The "Skywall Method" realizes the previously thought impossible plan of having a "wall structure with large spaces such as parking lots, stores, and offices on the first floor" by using a pilotis format with an RC frame structure on the first floor. Since wall structures allow for easy processing of formwork and rebar, repurposing the formwork is also relatively easy. By adopting a wall structure on the standard floors, constructability can also be improved.

The Space Wall method improves the flexibility of floor plans, which is a disadvantage of wall-type concrete, by minimizing the use of RC walls, allowing for large open spaces. It is a high seismic resistance, high durability, and low-cost wall-type reinforced concrete structure. The RC walls are reduced to the bare minimum, and the remaining RC walls are designed to be thicker. Furthermore, to minimize the use of RC walls, fire-resistant partition walls are actively employed. Verification results have shown that fire-resistant partition walls can reduce weight, are lower in cost than RC walls, and have equal or better sound insulation performance. This allows for flexibility in floor plans while keeping costs lower than a frame structure in large open spaces.

Select Beam is a semi-custom system construction that combines the "rationality" of system architecture with the "freedom" of traditional architecture. It is ideal for low-rise long-span steel structures such as stores, warehouses, factories, and logistics facilities, allowing for a reduction in steel construction costs by 20-30% compared to usual. By selecting the optimal type of beam according to site conditions and ground conditions, it achieves the best structural framework that balances cost and seismic resistance. Additionally, it is a construction method that allows for price negotiations with contractors while maintaining competitive principles, just like traditional construction.

This is a unique zero-cost, high seismic resistance, and high durability construction method by Sakura Structure, which achieves a standard rebar quantity of 80 kg/m² for RC structural frames by meeting certain conditions such as "building shape" and "number of floors" in high-demand mid- to high-rise RC construction.

The Smart Wall construction method is... With numerous massive earthquakes of seismic intensity 7 observed across the country, it has become difficult to balance "cost" and "earthquake resistance" amid rising construction costs, causing significant challenges for both builders and operators. The Smart Wall construction method is a wall-type reinforced concrete structure that is highly earthquake-resistant and durable, yet low-cost, capable of withstanding earthquakes of seismic intensity 7, similar to the Great Hanshin-Awaji Earthquake.

Features of the High Wall Construction Method <8 Highs> 1. Capable of constructing 8-story high-rise buildings 2. High workability 3. High seismic resistance 4. High space efficiency 5. High yield 6. High soundproofing 7. High fire resistance 8. High livability What is the High Wall Construction Method… Wall-type reinforced concrete construction has become possible for buildings up to 8 stories due to legal revisions and the establishment of design guidelines. However, widespread adoption has not progressed due to the need for complex analysis. Recently, through extensive research at Sakura Structural Engineering, we have obtained the first approved certificate for WRC 8-story buildings in Japan. The "High Wall Construction Method" is a next-generation wall-type reinforced concrete construction that combines high seismic resistance with low cost.
