Our company operates an intermediate treatment business using our developed sludge treatment plant, the "Odessa System," to granulate and solidify industrial waste sludge. We also sell improved soil and fluidized treatment soil made from improved soil. The "Odessa System" mixes and stirs inorganic sludge, such as construction sludge, with special solidifying agents, allowing for rapid granulation and solidification while retaining moisture. This process enables 100% recycling of the material as improved soil for embankments, backfill, subgrade materials, and levee materials. Our intermediate treatment facilities are located in Sapporo City and Ishikari City, Hokkaido. Our related intermediate treatment facility is Sendai Odessa Co., Ltd. in Sendai City, Miyagi Prefecture. The "Odessa System" can also handle on-site sludge treatment (mobile): - On-site sludge treatment eliminates the need for collection and transportation costs. - Its compact and easily movable design significantly reduces transportation and installation costs. - On-site processing allows for the reuse of waste without removing it from the site. We also offer sales and rentals of the sludge treatment plant "Odessa System."

Free membership registrationThe method of bringing the "Odessa System" to the site where sludge is generated and improving and recycling the sludge on the spot is called "mobile sludge treatment." Our company not only has obtained permission for mobile industrial waste disposal using the Odessa System, but we also offer plant rentals for intermediate treatment of sludge generated on-site. ■ Advantages of Mobile Sludge Treatment 【Feature 1】 No collection and transportation costs due to on-site processing Since treatment can be done on-site where sludge is generated, all collection and transportation costs are eliminated, demonstrating high performance in overall costs. 【Feature 2】 Significant reduction in transportation and installation costs The compact body designed as a unit can be easily transported by a 10-ton truck, significantly reducing transportation and installation costs. 【Feature 3】 Suitable for small space sites in urban areas It can accommodate small space sites in urban areas, such as foundation work for buildings and sewer construction. 【Feature 4】 Reuse without removing waste from the site Since recycling of sludge can be done on-site, waste can be reused without being taken outside the site, achieving an ideal resource circulation.

Free membership registration■ Cone Index (Trafficability) The figure below shows the transition of the cone index over time for the improved soil "Uni-Soil" using sludge by construction method. It can be seen that the cone index for all improved soils "Uni-Soil" exceeds 800 kN/m² at an age of 24 hours, indicating that they correspond to Type 2 treated soil as specified in the "Soil Classification Standards." This suggests that it is a high-quality civil engineering material capable of ensuring sufficient trafficability in a short period. ■ Design CBR Value The expansion ratio of the improved soil (recycled soil) "Uni-Soil" is very small, and it is considered that there is no risk of deformation or destruction of the superstructure and soil structures due to swelling. The CBR value is typically around 60%, which is very high, ensuring that the performance required for subgrade and base materials is adequately met. ■ Example of Leaching Test Results for Improved Soil "Uni-Soil" Cadmium → Below environmental standard value Hexavalent chromium → Below environmental standard value Cyanide compounds → Below environmental standard value Total mercury → Below environmental standard value Selenium → Below environmental standard value Lead → Below environmental standard value Arsenic → Below environmental standard value Fluoride → Below environmental standard value Boron → Below environmental standard value

Free membership registrationOdessa Technos' "Fluidized Treatment Soil" is a stabilized treated soil with a high fluidity, created by mixing improved soil "Uni-Soil" with water (mud water) and a solidifying agent. It is a soil construction material that fills gaps through pouring construction in narrow spaces where compaction is difficult due to civil engineering works, ensuring quality through the strength and high density achieved after solidification. It possesses fluidity suitable for pump delivery or natural flow placement and exhibits uniaxial compressive strength of approximately 200 to 2,000 KN/m² along with solidification.

Free membership registrationThe "Contaminated Soil Purification Treatment System" is a system that mixes contaminated soil with special iron powder and circulating water, followed by coarse crushing and classification, and then separates and recovers the special iron powder that has adsorbed arsenic (heavy metals) using a wet magnetic separator. It is possible to purify all naturally occurring arsenic to below the standards set by the Soil Contamination Countermeasures Act. The special iron powder used in magnetic separation can be reused repeatedly after recovery, contributing to cost reduction in contaminated soil treatment. 【Features】 ■ Mixing contaminated soil with special iron powder and circulating water ■ Separating and recovering special iron powder adsorbed with arsenic using a wet magnetic separator ■ Purifying all arsenic contained in contaminated soil ■ Contributing to cost reduction in treatment *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationThe fluidized treatment soil from Odessa Technos is a stabilized treated soil with high fluidity, created by mixing improved soil and water (slurry) with a solidifying agent. It is used for backfilling, underpinning, and filling in narrow spaces where construction with compaction machinery is difficult. Additionally, fluidized treatment soil has suitable fluidity for pump delivery or natural flow placement and exhibits uniaxial compressive strength of approximately 200 to 2,000 KN/m² along with solidification. ■ Features of "Fluidized Treatment Soil" manufactured by Odessa Technos - It is possible to manufacture and provide fluidized treatment soil tailored to your intended use. - The manufacturing plants are located with consideration for transportation time (access to Sendai and Sapporo). - It contributes to environmental conservation as a recycled backfill material and is certified as a "Hokkaido Certified Recycled Product." ■ Fluidized treatment soil prevents liquefaction due to its strength and high density Fluidized treatment soil can prevent liquefaction due to its strength and high density, and it can be set to a strength that allows for re-excavation. Furthermore, in the "Social Experiment of Sewage Systems" conducted by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism's Water Management and National Land Conservation Bureau, cost reduction effects are expected through the review of construction cross-sections and the omission of temporary restoration.

Free membership registrationThe "Odessa System" is a sludge recycling treatment plant that eliminates the need for dehydration, drying, and incineration processes through granulation and solidification treatment. By mixing and stirring special solidifying agents with inorganic sludge (industrial waste) such as construction sludge, it can be granulated and solidified in a short time while still containing water, allowing for re-resource utilization as civil engineering materials. Moreover, the granulation treatment of sludge using the Odessa System is very simple, with a modification time of only about 2 to 3 minutes. Additionally, it can be operated not only as a "fixed sludge treatment" where the treatment facility is set up (fixed) at a processing site to which sludge is transported by collection and transportation vehicles, but also as a "mobile sludge treatment" where the Odessa System is brought to the site of sludge generation for on-site modification and recycling. 【Features】 - Compact facility with unit design, easy to install and remove - Automatic control of solidifying agents and automatic recording of treatment results - Complete recycling after treatment, exempt from industrial waste tax - No installation permit required for industrial waste treatment facilities *For disposal operators, a permit for "industrial waste disposal business" is required. If the generating business conducts "self-treatment," neither permit is necessary.
