"Fluidized treatment soil" is a stabilized soil mixture with high fluidity of soil particles.
"Fluidized treatment soil" is often used for backfilling, underpinning, and filling in narrow spaces where construction with compaction machinery is difficult.
The fluidized treatment soil from Odessa Technos is a stabilized treated soil with high fluidity, created by mixing improved soil and water (slurry) with a solidifying agent. It is used for backfilling, underpinning, and filling in narrow spaces where construction with compaction machinery is difficult. Additionally, fluidized treatment soil has suitable fluidity for pump delivery or natural flow placement and exhibits uniaxial compressive strength of approximately 200 to 2,000 KN/m² along with solidification. ■ Features of "Fluidized Treatment Soil" manufactured by Odessa Technos - It is possible to manufacture and provide fluidized treatment soil tailored to your intended use. - The manufacturing plants are located with consideration for transportation time (access to Sendai and Sapporo). - It contributes to environmental conservation as a recycled backfill material and is certified as a "Hokkaido Certified Recycled Product." ■ Fluidized treatment soil prevents liquefaction due to its strength and high density Fluidized treatment soil can prevent liquefaction due to its strength and high density, and it can be set to a strength that allows for re-excavation. Furthermore, in the "Social Experiment of Sewage Systems" conducted by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism's Water Management and National Land Conservation Bureau, cost reduction effects are expected through the review of construction cross-sections and the omission of temporary restoration.

basic information
■Quality Setting through Mixture Design We design the mixture and set the quality based on the required quality for different applications of fluidization treatment. ■On-Site Quality Control Tests 1) Flow Value (Fluidity) The flow value (fluidity) is evaluated by filling a bottomless hollow cylindrical container placed on a flat surface with the sample, leveling the upper surface, and then gently lifting the container vertically to measure the diameter of the spread sample. 2) Density The density (unit weight) of the treated soil mixture is measured by weighing the treated soil filled in the container. 3) Uniaxial Compressive Strength (Age 7 days, 28 days) Depending on the intended use during the mixture design, strength tests and permeability tests are conducted in the laboratory, and the uniaxial compression test of the collected specimens is used to confirm the results. 4) Bleeding Rate To suppress the sedimentation of coarse soil in the slurry, high viscosity is required according to the particle size. A bleeding rate of less than 1% generally prevents the sedimentation of sand, so it is necessary to increase the viscosity of the slurry to suppress the generation of bleeding water. The moisture content and fine particle content of the slurry are adjusted through mixture testing.

Odessa Technos Co., Ltd. conducts a comprehensive recycling business focused on the "Odessa System (granulation and solidification)" that recycles sludge while retaining its moisture, thereby reducing environmental impact. Leveraging our technological capabilities developed through sludge treatment technology and years of expertise in sludge recycling, we have developed Japan's first heavy metal contaminated soil purification treatment system using a "wet magnetic separator," aimed at completely purifying arsenic contained in naturally occurring contaminated soil to below the standards set by the Soil Contamination Countermeasures Act. This new system mixes special iron powder and circulating water with air bubbles in the contaminated soil, allowing for the adsorption, washing, and classification of arsenic (heavy metals) onto the special iron powder. Afterward, the wet magnetic separator separates and recovers the special iron powder that has adsorbed arsenic (heavy metals), achieving complete purification. The recovered special iron powder can be reused repeatedly, thereby reducing treatment costs and environmental impact.
