Bring the sludge treatment plant "Odessa System" to the site where sludge is generated, improve it on-site, and recycle it.
The method of bringing the "Odessa System" to the site where sludge is generated and improving and recycling the sludge on the spot is called "mobile sludge treatment." Our company not only has obtained permission for mobile industrial waste disposal using the Odessa System, but we also offer plant rentals for intermediate treatment of sludge generated on-site. ■ Advantages of Mobile Sludge Treatment 【Feature 1】 No collection and transportation costs due to on-site processing Since treatment can be done on-site where sludge is generated, all collection and transportation costs are eliminated, demonstrating high performance in overall costs. 【Feature 2】 Significant reduction in transportation and installation costs The compact body designed as a unit can be easily transported by a 10-ton truck, significantly reducing transportation and installation costs. 【Feature 3】 Suitable for small space sites in urban areas It can accommodate small space sites in urban areas, such as foundation work for buildings and sewer construction. 【Feature 4】 Reuse without removing waste from the site Since recycling of sludge can be done on-site, waste can be reused without being taken outside the site, achieving an ideal resource circulation.

Applications/Examples of results
【Purpose】 Recycling treatment of "inorganic sludge" such as construction sludge. 【Main Achievements】 Sludge treatment generated from various types of pile driving work, ground improvement work, ground continuous wall work, shield work, thrust work, high-pressure injection mixing work, column-type retaining wall work, seismic retrofitting work, etc. In addition to the above, sludge generated from turbidity treatment in dam and tunnel construction, sludge generated in crushed stone and ready-mix concrete plants, residuals from water purification plants, and sludge generated in secondary product factories can also be recycled using the Odessa system, qualifying as "sludge." *For more details, please refer to the catalog or feel free to contact us.
Detailed information
-
■Since on-site processing is possible, collection and transportation costs are unnecessary. Processing can be done on-site where sludge is generated, completely eliminating collection and transportation costs. This demonstrates high performance in terms of total cost.
-
Significant reduction in transportation and installation costs. The compact body designed for the unit can be easily transported by a 10-ton truck, allowing for substantial savings in transportation and installation expenses.
-
■Adaptable to small space sites in urban areas We accommodate small space sites in urban areas, such as foundation work for buildings and sewer construction.
-
■Reuse without taking waste outside the site Since sludge recycling is possible on-site, waste can be reused without being taken outside the site. This achieves an ideal resource circulation.

Odessa Technos Co., Ltd. conducts a comprehensive recycling business focused on the "Odessa System (granulation and solidification)" that recycles sludge while retaining its moisture, thereby reducing environmental impact. Leveraging our technological capabilities developed through sludge treatment technology and years of expertise in sludge recycling, we have developed Japan's first heavy metal contaminated soil purification treatment system using a "wet magnetic separator," aimed at completely purifying arsenic contained in naturally occurring contaminated soil to below the standards set by the Soil Contamination Countermeasures Act. This new system mixes special iron powder and circulating water with air bubbles in the contaminated soil, allowing for the adsorption, washing, and classification of arsenic (heavy metals) onto the special iron powder. Afterward, the wet magnetic separator separates and recovers the special iron powder that has adsorbed arsenic (heavy metals), achieving complete purification. The recovered special iron powder can be reused repeatedly, thereby reducing treatment costs and environmental impact.
